1-At first turn off the smartphone by holding the Power key for a few seconds

2-Now push Volume Up and Power buttons for a couple of seconds

3-Let go of all keys if Fastboot Mode shows up

4-Then choose Recovery

5-After that select Clear data and Clear all data

6-Tap OK
