1. The volume of a cube will increase by 8 times if it's doubled.
volume = (2x)³ = 8x³
= 8 Times

2.

volume = x³
edge = x/2
Therefore volume of a cube if its edge is halved = x
 {x}^{3} \div ( {x}^{3} \div 8)
= 1/8

The volume of cube will become 1/8 th of the volume if it's halved .

3. volume = 3x³= 27 times
The volume of a cube will be 27 times greater than the original volume if it's tripled

almas45: thank u didi
