》we know that ;
volume of cube = a³ 
and
》surface area of cube = 6a²

where a is the side of cube.

here,
》According to given 
 => a³ = 1000 cm³
=> a = 10 cm 

now,
》surface area of cube
= 6a² = 6 * 10²
=> 6 * 100 = 600 cm² Answer
