L = 3, B = x+3, H = x-3

=> 3x^2 - 27

=> 3 (x^2 - 9)

=> 3 (x^2 - 3^2)

=> 3(x+3)(x-3)

so, L = 3, B = x+3, H = x-3

hope it helps.
