Density is defined as amount of space an object takes up and heavy a density that floats in liquid state.

In addition to this, the object has mass of 10mg and volume 20 has been taken as sample it never floats on water. It must sink under the water when there is excess weight age.

_/\_Hello mate__here is your answer--

⭐ CONCEPT:-- If the density of an object is more than the density of a liquid, then it sinks in the liquid. On the other hand, if the density of an object is less than the density of a liquid, then it floats on the surface of the liquid.

Mass of sub. , M= 50 g

Volume of sub., V= 20 cm^3

density of the substance

= M/V

=50/ 20

= 2.5 g/cm^3

The density of the substance is more than the density of water (1 g cm^−3). Hence, the substance will sink in water.

I hope, this will help you.☺

Thank you______❤
