_/\_Hello mate__here is your answer--

_______________________

⭐ CONCEPT:-- If the density of an object is more than the density of a liquid, then it sinks in the liquid. On the other hand, if the density of an object is less than the density of a liquid, then it floats on the surface of the liquid.

________________________

Mass of sub. , M= 50 g

Volume of sub., V= 20 cm^3

density of the substance

= M/V

=50/ 20

= 2.5 g/cm^3

The density of the substance is more than the density of water (1 g cm^−3). Hence, the substance will sink in water.

I hope, this will help you.☺

Thank you______❤

Dear Student,

◆ Answer -

The object will sink in the water.

● Explanation -

Density of object is calculated by -

Density of object = mass / volume

Density of object = 50 / 20

Density of object = 2.5 gcm⁻³.

As density of object (2.5 gcm⁻³) is more than that of water (1 gcm⁻³), the object will sink in the water.

Thanks dear. Hope this is helpful to you...
