Volume of a sphere = \frac{4}{3} \pi r^{3}

Diameter of the sphere = 2.14 cm

Radius of the shpere= 1.07 cm

\pi = 3.14

\frac{4}{3} × 3.14 × (1.07)³ = 5.13 cm³

∵ the diameter of the sphere has 3 significant figures, the answer will also have 3 significant figures.

∴ the volume of a sphere with a diameter of 2.14 cm = 5.13 cm³
