Causes of "Epilepsy paralysis":

It is caused after a convulsion or fit (that occurs when you are epileptic) when movements of the body become difficult or restricted. Also called as Todd's paralysis.

Epilepsy is a condition that causes unnatural electrical activity in the Brain. This can stop or hamper brain activity for  a considerable or short amount of time (depending upon the intensity of the epileptic attack.)
