Explain two-state solution prescribed by UN officials for solving Palestine Israel Conflict.

According to two-stste solution, Palestinians should be offered whole of West bank and Gaza while Israel gets the land which fully belongs to them as of now.

Anyway it's not clear that how Palastine will resolve the difficulty to communicate between it's two distant lands, Gaza and West bank.
