The two-state solution refers to a solution of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict which calls for "two states for two groups of people." ... The boundary between the two states is still subject to dispute and negotiation, with Palestinian and Arab leadership insisting on the "1967 borders", which is not accepted by Israel...

According to two-stste solution, Palestinians should be offered whole of West bank and Gaza while Israel gets the land which fully belongs to them as of now.
Anyway it's not clear that how Palastine will resolve the difficulty to communicate between it's two distant lands, Gaza and West bank.
