Was Belgium accommodate policy better than shrilanka? is it yes then why give the reason? give short ok....or it will scroll my mind​

The reasons are as follows:

1. Belgium understood that the unity of the country is possible only by respecting the culture, Religious interest, language etc of different communities living in the country.
2. Role by majority is favourable and may seem more attractive option but in a long run this system flatters and is not so good.
