Askylark hang between the two
A singing spec above the com
Astage below in gay accord,
Wild butterflies dance on wings,
And still the singing skylark soard,
And silent sank and scared to sing
The cornfield streched tender green
To right and left beside my walks,
I knew he had a nest unseen
Somewhere among the millions stalks.
And as i paused to hear his song
While swift the sunny moment slide,
And listened longer than I did
