Who was responsible for Jalianwala Bagh massacre ?
Answer :
General Dyer , the officer of Indian British Army , was responsible for Jalianwala Bagh massacre that took place on 13 April , 1919 at Amritsar , Punjab.
In this massacre , open firing was done on a crowd of thousands gathered to celebrate the annual festival of Baisakhi , without any warning . People lost their lives in firing and some in order to protect themselves from it jumped into a deep well.
At that time , Martial Law was imposed and it wasn't allowed for more than 5 people to gather all together and no one should be seen at the roadside after 8 PM .
