yes ... the women was self centred because without knowing the financial condition of the writer she invited him in a expensive hotel like Foyot's . She ordered all expensive dishes and did not even pay a penny . She kept saying the same sentence over and over that she does have anything for luncheon . That is why I would consider her as self centred
