✋✋when washing soda mix with water it produces a lot of foam because it is a detergent........it clean the dirty surface of clothes......and it is non-existent biodegradable so it can not be decomposed easily.,....
but it is stronger than soap in cleansing action... bcoz soap does not works in hard water.... but detergent works.....

It cleans the grease and dirts present on the clothes by its hydrophobic tails and produces lots of foam in water and makes it soft
