It is the process in which water evaporates from earth's surface and condenses after it rise into the atmosphere and cools and then precipitation occurs.

Now coming to the point of inter conversion,it is very easy if you see and study a diagram i am just telling you the gist that what happens.

1)Starts from ocean .

2)Evaporates

3)Sublimate and then reaches the atmosphere

4)Then transpiration and finally condense into clouds.

Water cycle is a continuous process of the movement of the water which starts from the ocean where the water is evaporated from the surface of the ocean, then reaches on the surface of the clouds and it comes again to the surface of the earth either by precipitation or by snowfall or rainfall. This process is a continuous process and it happen all the time. It shows that water can be converted into three states viz solid, liquid and gas.
