no bro. through water we takes a lots of macronutrients like nitrate,fluoride,cl-,na+etc.

also, 90% of our body makes with water and water is the main composition of cytoplasm and many organelle's cytosol where from respiration to photosynthesis take place....

lastly, every day,we loose some water through daily activity.if we not refill it ,our body dehydrated and we can also die.....
