water does not stagment in forest. how?

Because the forest carries some freshness with their branches, stem, leafs of the trees so water can doesn't stagement in forest.

As we know , forests are full of trees. So when it rains , the water seeps into the soil, also the roots of the trees absorb this water and so water does not get stagnated.
