10x= time taken

water flowing in pipe=πr^2h

=π1×1×10x

=10xπ

10xπ= 1/3πr^2h

10xπ=1/3π×20×20×24

10xπ=. 32000π

10x=32000

X=320

therefore 320 mins taken to filled the conical vessel.
