Hey mate here is your answer.

Rate of water flow is 2 m per sec.

=200 cm per sec.

So discharge of water per sec.=22/7×r×r×length

=22/7×7×7×200

=22×7×200cc

But the pipe is always half full, hence discharge of water per

sec.=22×7×200/2 cc

=22×7×100

=15400 cc

=15400 ml

=15.4 litres per sec

So discharge per hour is 15.4×3600

=55440 litres per hour
