» Width of River = 45 meter

» Flowing rate of River = 3 km/hour
==============================

Now,

» Distance covered by the river in one minute

 = > 3 \times \frac{1}{60} \times 1000 \: m \\ \\ = > 50 \: m
================================

» Volume of water that will fall into the sea in one minute :-

=> 2 × 45 × 50 m³

=> 90 × 50 m³

=> 4500 m³
