Answer: Option 2: Balloon-B will bulge more than Balloon-A.

Explanation:

Water is filled to same height in both the containers. Hence, at the point at the same height, the pressure due to water would be equal because P=ρgh where, ρ is the density of the fluid, g is the acceleration due to gravity and h is the height.

Since, both the containers are filled with same fluid i.e. water to same height. Hence, the pressure due to water would be equal in both containers.

Now, in container B, there is additional air on top of water causing extra pressure as compared to extra pressure in container A because of vacuum. Hence, Balloon B would bulge more than Balloon A.
