The radius of the pipe = 14/2 = 7 cm

the area of the mouth of the pipe = pi r^2 = 3.14 * 7^2 = 153.86 cm^2

the volume of the tank = 1.1x3.5x4 = 15.4 m^3 = 15400000 cm^2

The let us suppose the total length of water coming out of the pipe as a solid pipe of length x cm

so volume of the water coming out of the pipe = 153.86 * x cm^3

this should be equal to volume of the tank .

153.86 * x = 15400000

x= 100091 cm

Let us now see in what time this length of water comes out

it takes 2km for 1 hour

200000 cm for 1 hour

so 10009.09 cm for : 100091/200000 = 0.500 hour = 30.0 minutes

Answer :30 minutes
