According to the question,we have the following information,

Volume of water in 30 minutes =π×(2)2×700×60×30cm3

Let height of water in tank = h cm

and radius = 40 cm

Volume of water in the tank π(40)2×h=700×60×30×4×π

or, h=700×60×30×440×40

=63002cm=632=31.5 meters

Hence, water level increased = 31.5 metres
