volume of water in rectangular tank = area of rectangular tank × hight = 44*50*0.07
                                                    = 154m³
area of pipe = π*r² = (22/7)×(0.07)²
                           = 0.0154m²
volume flow rate = area of pipe×flow rate
                        = 0.0154×5000m/hr
                        = 77m³/hr
time = volume/volume flow rate
       = 154/77
time = 2 hrs.
