water is Flowing through a horizontal tube  answer 5cm/s

1).    We Know For water of motion in a pipe

                            P1 *V1 * A1 = P2*V2*A2

2).    here they are at same height so

       P1 = P2

3).  we get    V1*A1 = V2*A2

   V1*πR1*R1   =   V2*πR2*R2

    putting value of V1 , R1 , R2 from question we get

        V2 = 5cm/s
