Water is poured into a cuboidal reservoir at therate of 60 litres per minutes.If the volume of reservoir is 108 m 3 .Find the number of hours it will take to fill the reservoir

Rate of flow of water = 60 litres/minute

Volume of the tank = 108 m3

1 m3 = 1000 litres

108 m3= 108000 litres

Time taken to fill the complete tank = 108000/60 = 1800 minutes = 1800/60 hours = 30 hours

The tank will be filled completely in 30 hours.
