water is a vital renewable resource however any substance is termed as an renewable resource when they get easily renewed but they need a specific time for getting renewed if we use that resource more quickly than it is renewed then it may become a not renewable resource same is going in the case of water we are wasting water and therefore using it fast than it is renewed so it's scarcity is occuring
