The formula is :

F = density × area × velocity²

Convert v to m/s:

20/100 = 0.2

= 0.2 m/s

Density of water = 1000 kg/m³

Convert the diameter length to be in meters :

20/100 = 0.2

Area of the outlet :

3.142 × (0.2/2)² = 3.142 × 0.1² = 0.03142

Doing the substitution :

F = 1000 × 0.03142 × 0.2²= 1.2568N
