Water scarcity is a major problem in the present day world what measure can be takrn to resolve this problem

The first thing would be save every drop of water if we do that there would be at least a good amount of change
here are some other resolutions
1. close taps properly as leaking taps may be dropping tiny portions of water but over a period of time that's a lot of water wasted
* one way to stop the water going waste is keeping a bucket under the tap or getting the tap fixed .

We can resolve it by taking small steps like reusing water , using less water  , not wasting water etc
