It is false that, water sweeps easily in ground covered with concrete.

  • The easiness of the water sweeping process in the ground is totally dependent on the material of manufacturing of the ground.
  • If the ground is made out of water absorbing material like soil, the water can easily sweep through.
  • But, if the ground is made out of non-absorbing solid material like concrete, the water flow will face extreme difficulty to sweep through that ground.
  • That's why, we cannot say that water can easily sweep through in ground which is covered with hard cement layer.
