It Appears because of Condensation Process; Our mouth holds warm and moist breathe and we blow on the mirror it have some fine dew like particles which touches the glass and glass becomes misty . When we actually blow ; Subsequently it comes in contact to the cool surface and there is some temperature difference;
Due to this the fine vapour condenses get converted into water droplets because of condensation.
