Water, when left uncovered, slowly changes into vapour. Wet clothes dry up. What happens to water in the above two examples?

DURING WINDY DAY THE WATER PARTICLES MOVE AWAY ALONG WITH THE WIND AND RESULTS IN QUICK DRYING OF THE CLOTHES....
