ways to implement adult education!!

By creating awareness that education is important and it has no age bar so you can visit an NGO working on this cause .There are still many adults who remain uneducated .By teaching the adults yourself(by taking classes)  and by spreading the word . Or if you know someone who is uneducated,help him/her. The government should start programs like this and encourage them to attend these programs as well.
