Some of the apex bodies who have a major in framing guidelines, do’s or don’ts are: -

These are the apex bodies who make the necessary changes and get approvals from the Government of India officials and then implement the changes and finally instruct the concerned universities to inculcate in their curriculum the requite changes. And finally through Universities it reaches the colleges.
