Wch is the most common form of democracy?Why is ts form of democracy necessary?

Those who are really paying attention would like a better form of democracy. It is not clear what it would look like. But we can probably do better. Maybe technology will eventually help provide an improved version.

We need what we have, because over the long haul it seems to do better than the other options that have come up so far.
