What you have to do is to take a strongly charged body and a conducting ball which is slightly charged with by same polarity as taken earlier and place them near to each other,.
For simplicity, let both be + charged
Now, due to influence of strong charge, strong - charge will be induced at that area which is close to strong field on that conducting ball and + charge will flow off to opposite side
The induced charge will be the reason for this attraction
