No only who make their food with the help of sunlight and chlorophyll. We are dependent upon plants for vegetables and fruits whereas the plants do not depend upon anything
We are heterotrophic because we don't synthesise food in our body whereas autotrophs create food in their own body. We cook food for transforming raw food for better taste derived from other sources.
