The dust and toxic gases released from factories mix with the water vapours which gets evaporated thus mixing with the clouds. And come down as dirty water. These water is mixed in the water bodies as well as seeps down the soil reaching the water table. So when we turn on the taps the dirty water thus collected flow out from the taps.
