Water will boil faster in the vessel with larger radius. It is because as the radius is more hence the surface area of the vessel will be more. And surface of water exposed to atmosphere hence will be more in vessel B. So in vessel B the water particles can more easily escape the intermolecular forces and also they will evaporate faster as more surface area is exposed to open.
