Fossil of snail is likely to be found more easily becoz snail has a hard shell ,which easily doesn't degrades ...Hence will last long

Fossils of snails are easily seen because snails are said to have a very hard skin or shell which does not degrade soon.
That is why you can easily find them year after year.
On the other hand the earthworms have a very delicate outer skin which shreds very quickly and that is why it is difficult to find their fossils.
