we are seen that each human have different eyeball,so,each human see different color. for example,if the human having black eyeball then he/she can see white as a white and that color seen as other color by other eyeball color

in short,my eyeball is black and my father's eyeball is brown what i seen as a color he also?

Of course he can. Eyeballs are not completely coloured, they are just coloured by the sides and don't cover the retina..

dude , the colour of the eyeball won't matter at all. even my eyeball colour is black and my dad's is brown . will the colour of red seen for me will be seen blue for my dad
