There can be many reasons behind our unhealth like smoking,drinking,High blood pressure etc.We should do exercise not only for stay away from stress but for stay away from diseases also.We should control in our diet also Avoid eating junks food like:pizza,burger.Sleep less is also the major reason for unhealth.You have to sleep atleast seven or nine hours in a day.You have to sleep instead of using your mobile or tv because it is impossible escape from stress if they will with you.Yoga and exercise are most important for being a healthy person.And eat green vegetables also.
