We can place our hand inside water and move it freely but cannot do it through a wall. Give reason

as the molecular attraction or intermolecular force is not much high in water or any other liquid.....and hence r less closely packed....
in wall ....as this is a solid hence the intermolecular forces r highly strong and hence we can not pass our hand across it....
