we can see gamma radiation so we call it light but we can't see the other radiation so why do we call that light

Light is an energy which is produced due to photons. Anything that is produced due to the photons is called light

The other radiations can be seen or detected under specific conditions, that's why it is known as light. They are hidden part of spectrum.
