We can't maintain our health if we eat food containing the same nutrients everyday. Why?

beoz our body require different types of nutrients only one nutrients is not sufficient

There are six nutrients which are necessary for our body like protein is necessary for making our muscles strong and vitamins and minerals are used for fighting diseases....so if we will only take good which is only rich in vitamins and minerals then it is not necessary as protein is also needed without which we will become very weak and not be able to do any work properly...
