❤ Good morning dear friend,
it is not possible to write Methene or Methyne,
because in ene form there is it double bond between carbon and carbon and at least two carbon atoms are required, but in Methane there are only one carbon atom, so ene or yne forms are not available in methane.

No, you can't write the unsaturated form of a hydrocarbon that had only one C atom.
Alkene and Alkyne are the called the unsaturated hydrocarbons, because they have double covalent bond between the carbon atoms. For a carbon atoms to be bonded with another carbon atoms, you need at least two carbon atoms, that can share the bond, but in the case of Methane (meth prefix means one), there's just one carbon atom, and Anything with METH prefix has to have just one carbon atom, and thus no intercarbon (is that a word, lol) bonds can exist in such a compound.
