I think there is no clear answer for this as it depends on the size.
For eg; Ostrich/hen egg is a single cell and we can see it with unaided eyes but when it comes to microscopic cells like bacterial cells ,we cannot see it.

yes, because cells are the smallest part of our life, group of cells make tissues grou of tissues make organells and so on till biodiversity
