We feel uncomfortable on a humid day beacause during this day the moisture in air very high.
And when we sweat during these days it does not evaporates easily because air already has large amount of water in it. Due to this we feel our skin to be quite sticky which makes us uncomfortable.

yes it is easy to cool hot tea by pouring in saucer because saucer has large surface area and evaporation is directly proportional to surface area
