SOLUTION
GIVEN
- We have a*b = 3a + 2b
- p = 1 and q = 3
TO DETERMINE
The value of 5p*(4q*3q)
EVALUATION
Here it is given that a*b = 3a + 2b
p = 1 and q = 3
Now
5p*(4q*3q)
= 5*(12*9)
Now
12*9
= ( 3 × 12 ) + (2 × 9 )
= 36 + 18
= 54
Therefore
5p*(4q*3q)
= 5*(12*9)
= 5*54
= ( 3 × 5 ) +( 2 × 54 )
= 15 + 108
= 123

Answer:
p = 1 and q = 3
Now
5p*(4q*3q)
= 5*(12*9)
Now
12*9
= ( 3 × 12 ) + (2 × 9 )
= 36 + 18
= 54
Therefore
5p*(4q*3q)
= 5*(12*9)
= 5*54
= ( 3 × 5 ) +( 2 × 54 )
= 15 + 108
= 123
