We have a bar magnet with no markings to indicate poles suggest two ways by which we can find out it

Take. another magnet & see which side attract. & which repluse
or
just hang it & which sud3 it rest is north

A) 1.Take a string

2. Now type string approximately on the middle of the magnet

3. Now hold the string with the magnet in one hand and a compass in another

4. Wait for sometime and and check the direction in which the magnet rest with compass the north pole of magnet will be towards the south and the South Pole of magnet will be towards north direction.

B) take a marked magnet with North and South Pole now bring the north pole of the mark magnet to one side of the unmarked magnet if it got attracted it will be South Pole and if repelled it will be North Pole
